Hynds AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered operational consulting, advisory services, and software for businesses. The Site describes our services, shares insights, and gives you ways to get in touch. We are based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without our permission.
• Submit false information through our contact form or assessment.

All content on the Site—including text, design, graphics, logos, the Hynds AI name, our methodologies (including the Verafyde Decision Intelligence methodology), and our software—is owned by Hynds AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or ownership right in our content, methodologies, software, or brand. You may view and share publicly available content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The Site may describe our consulting services and software products. Any descriptions, outcomes, examples, or results shown are for informational purposes and are not a guarantee of any particular result for your business. Every engagement is different. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and terms of any paid work are defined exclusively in a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or subscription agreement) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict, that signed agreement governs the engagement—not these Terms.

When you submit information through our contact form or assessment, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you voluntarily send us may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, scheduling tools or analytics). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or operational advice tailored to your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hynds AI and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not affect the terms of any separate signed engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hynds AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
