This is collected through Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business—for example, our hosting platform, email notification service, and analytics provider. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

When mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected—whether directly by Hynds AI or through a software platform we operate, such as CrewForge—that information is used only to deliver the messages the recipient has requested and to support those messaging programs. We may disclose mobile information only to the parties necessary to provide the service—including our messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and operational vendors—and only as needed to:

• Deliver the messages a recipient has requested.
• Process HELP and STOP requests and manage opt-in and opt-out status.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Provide customer support related to messaging.
• Comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

These disclosures are strictly operational. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive messages is specific to the business a recipient opted in with and is not transferred between businesses, brands, or affiliates.

Our site and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
