Hynds AI (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) sends text messages about appointments and projects to its clients who ask for them. Texts are sent through CrewForge, the scheduling and service software Hynds AI builds and operates. We only text people who opt in, and we never send marketing texts. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What you'll receive: consultation and project appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, "on the way" notices for on-site visits, and project and service status updates. Message frequency varies with your appointments and projects. Msg & data rates may apply.

By phone or in person: When you schedule a consultation, we may ask: "Would you like Hynds AI to text you at the mobile number you give us about your appointments and project? It covers confirmations, reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. It's optional. Is that okay?" We record your answer. Once texting is active, you'll receive a confirmation text with HELP and STOP instructions.
